How to make my trail public or private?¶
Two options are available to you.
1) Once you have created your trail, and you are in the "describe and publish" section of your trail, choose the "me only", "everyone" or "community member" mode, in the "visible by" tab.
2) Once your trail is recorded and published, go to your "dashboard", click on "see the table" in the "my trails" section.
Then select the "Settings" icon
of the trail you want to edit. From there, you can change the status and choose the desired visibility mode by clicking on either the "move to private status" or the "move to public status" proposal.Note: If the eye that describes your trail is green, your trail is in public mode, while a ruled red eye represents the private mode.
